We sell Photo to Movie and other products both online and in retail (Amazon, Apple Stores, Fry's, etc.).

The applications are cross platform for Windows and Mac OS.

Tech Support

We are looking for someone to handle day to day customer support. You must have solid customer service background, proactive problem solving abilities, and good customer relationship skills. ALL SUPPORT IS DONE VIA OUR ONLINE SUPPORT APPLICATION; THERE IS NO TELEPHONE SUPPORT REQUIRED.

You would be responsible for working customer issues, installations, maintenance, upgrade, and billing issues through to resolution. In addition, you would help build a customer support database for addressing the most common issues.

We expect to have between 10-20 hours of work per month.

Duties

• Work with customer to understand problem, define it, diagnose it, and resolve it.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Understand and document customer requirements and expectations to provide a good customer experience.
• Analyze feature requests and forward them to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• Experience using web applications for tech support.
• Knowledge of both Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• Extensive experience using graphics applications on both Mac and Windows.
• Previous customer support experience.
• Excellent communication skills (especially in email).
• Detail oriented with good documentation skills.

This is a part time, contract position. Telecommuting is required.

This is primarily an English speaking job. However, other languages may be considered on a limited basis.

Web Designer

We are looking for someone to do web design jobs for us including updating pages on our website, creating new pages, designing emails, and other assorted web design jobs.

We expect to have between 10-20 hours of work per month.

Desired Skills

• Proven experience on well designed web sites. School experience accepted.
• Knowledge of HTML, XHTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, and Safari compatibility issues.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Hands on attitude. You'll be hand coding portions of the site.

Responsibilities

• Redesign existing pages when necessary.
• HTML for monthly newsletter (email and online).
• Add new web pages when necessary.

This is a part time, contract position. Telecommuting is required.
